Prayers Needed

First off, don't let this title alarm you........ John and Dennis are sitting in JFK waiting for their next flight........ Dennis is an official US citizen! But, Dennis is incredibly tired and he is running on empty, as is Daddy. Just talked to John on the phone and while he remains in good spirit, I could hear Dennis crying in the background (he is in a kangaroo pouch in Daddy's lap so I could hear his cry right into the phone). They only had one seat flying into New York and Dennis didn't want to sit anyways.......... John walked round and round with Dennis on the long flight.

Just to have more room for Dennis on this next flight John has upgraded to first class. He wonders what the people in first class are going to think with a little, grumpy, tired bear in their seating area when they probably chose to sit in first class to avoid such things in the first place. My, my, my. If your reading please say a prayer for Dennis and John for safe travels and that Dennis has a nice long needed nap or at least is able to rest peacefully for a while. If I heard right too, I think that Dennis is still running a fever here and there, so please pray for that too.

Oh definitely! I pray for your family numerous times a day and this just bumps it up! What time are they expected to get into LAX? I am assuming that they are coming back into LAX. I bet you are just itching to go pick them up! Prayers for all of you.

Christine, I will definitely pray for John and Denis, I know that jetlag exhaustion that sets in. They will be home before you know it. I know that you can't wait! I am so happy for you and your family!!

Christine, prayers are being sent for John and Dennis! Our little guy arrived with a double ear infection, so I know exactly what you are going through. (Fevers in airports are no fun!). Anyway, let's hope the first class setting helps both of them. Prayers for maybe a nurse being seated near them to help, too! Blessings on each of you.

I have tears in my eyes while reading this as he is a special little boy who is finally coming home. I know he is gonna be so loved and spoiled. If he is cranky then so be it. Hopefully people will realize that he is on a new journey and has come a long way. Praying for a safe journey home.

Oh, I'm saying extra prayers for your boys right now. They will soon be home!!! If he cries, oh well, people will just have to deal with it....they can ask for ear plugs..or just have a few extra cocktails..hee hee. He's just a precious little baby boy that has just traveled half-way around the world to finally come home to his family....This is what they call "A Happily Ever After" ending for all of you. PS. I love the picture that John posted of the two of them..where Dennis is sleeping on John's chest with his tiny precious arm draped across his neck...he just looks so snug, safe and secure. Precious!

I wish NY City wasn't six hours away. I would have gladly given them a quiet place to sleep for a while, but I am sure John is anxious to get home. I'll be praying.

It is worth it to have the extra room. The flight attendants are nicer up there as well so they will help him out.

I hope by now they are almost home! You all continue to be in our prayers, can't wait to see the first meeting of the family pics! Ours were grumpy too from Z's no sleep on the trip home! I didn't share them at the time as they weren't the "happy homecoming" pics I had hoped for, but now cherish them!

Oh we've soooo been there. Our son cried his head off from Amsterdam to Seattle! It's interesting to see who on the plane is pro kid and who is not.

Sending you, John and Dennis all my best!
