Time to update

Still waiting. The time has come to start redoing documents so that they don't expire. Ugggghhhh. This part makes no sense to me. Nothing has changed. I guess they want to make sure that adoptive parents don't get bored during our long wait. How thoughtful of them.

I have to keep reminding myself that God is in control. "God, I'm waiting for you to please move that mountain."

I know! I think everyone who adopted from Ukraine had to do some document updates at least once if not more. We were lucky, and only needed to update one document once, but still it was not fun. Hopefully this is the last time you have to update your paperwork before little Dennis comes home!

Hoping you hear any time. It doesn't make any sense for kids to be sitting in orphanages when families are waiting to welcome them home!!!!!!!!

Christine, I feel your pain. I updated 3 times my first adoption and twice for this one. The good news is I can do it in my sleep. The bad news it is costly but the best news is the prelude to bringing home a little angel! Trust that this is the final time to bring Baby Dennis home!

Just consider it psychological profiling. Anyone who can complete such detailed paperwork with repeated competence must be able to look after a child? How much harder could it be? LOL!
Feeling your pain, and looking forward to our own updates!
