We've all heard of the Swedish-pankcake-like Russian staple, the blinni, right? Sometimes eaten just plain, or with sugar, or sugar and mayonnaise, or fruit--in fact, the apple Blinni that Christine had in Kiev was her favorite meal so far. Well today, the couple in line in front of us ordered a Hot Dog Blinni so we felt, "When in Rome..." and got one too. Here is it's picture and the video of Christine eating it...
All for now...I got to wake her up and we get to go see Dennis again...

Koreans love hotdogs made from all kinds of things, including fish. Processed meat takes up a good bit of space in the grocery store whether in the form of hotdogs or some sort of canned meat spread.
Interesting combination!
You guys are so entertaining. It looks like you're making the best of everything!
Too funny! There is another burrito type wrap with all the same ingredience but with chicken instead of the hot dog, it's call a Shurma (not sure on that spelling)they sold them a the "hot dog" stands and they were quite yummy! Praying for you and your family.
I am so glad that things are going so well for you. Dennis looks adorable from the back and side and I can see why you can't help but smother him with kisses and hugs. He sounds like he has really taken to you both and just loves having a mommy and daddy to call his own. I hope you are able to get your court hearing scheduled this week and begin the process of bringing that sweet, little boy home.
I enjoyed all the photos from your walks to and from the orphanage too. You do a good job describing your days and visits with Dennis!!
I had never heard of Blinni until we were served some. They gave us different jam type substances to eat with them that were good, but we have no idea what fruit they were made of.

Sometimes we get hotdogs with pizza here in Egypt - I think the best incarnation was the hotdog stuffed crust pizza. You never know until you try :-) Have fun guys!
You are waaaaay more brave than I was! I stayed as far away from their processed meats as I possibly could. And I'm a meat lover. I often wish I had the guts to try it. When in Rome, right? :)
Have you thought about a stand up comdey act!! LOL!!!!
Kristina loved these things! I tried one (minus the hotdog) and wasn't too impressed. You're such a trooper!
